This is a maintenance update for the 595 series, focused chiefly on fixing known issues rather than adding any new features. Issues Fixed in This Update
This update fixes a problem that could affect Wayland desktop users: the driver might forward unvalidated VkHdrMetadataEXT HDR metadata to Wayland’s color-management-v1 protocol, causing a crash. The new version has addressed this issue, improving stability in specific HDR-metadata-handling scenarios.
This update also fixes a graphics-memory page-allocation failure. When a GPU’s page-table size exceeds 2GiB, an allocation failure could occur. This problem chiefly concerns specific memory configurations, so not every user will encounter it.

A special note: Linux graphics drivers come in different maintenance branches. What this article discusses is the 595-series maintenance update. If you are running the 615.71.09 feature branch, please continue using that newer version rather than switching over to the 595-series maintenance update.
