The high-stakes trade secret litigation battle between Apple and OpenAI has officially ignited into fierce public confrontation. Following Apple’s recent petition to a U.S. court for a preliminary injunction, attempting to block OpenAI and two former Apple employees from utilizing confidential data, OpenAI executed an exceptionally rare and rapid public relations counteroffensive within hours.
