Gigabyte launches M27UA monitor: 4K@160Hz, certified by AMD FreeSync Premium
Gigabyte has announced the launch of the M27UA monitor, aimed at gamers and professionals. Gigabyte emphasized that monitors, often overlooked, play a crucial role in achieving synergy and maximizing the performance of PC components. The new product offers exceptional specifications and quality, enabling users to truly enjoy high-end performance.
The M27UA monitor continues Gigabyte’s design ethos with a robust appearance, featuring a three-sided narrow bezel design. It is equipped with a 27-inch SuperSpeed IPS panel, a 10-bit color depth (8-bit + FRC), and a viewing angle of 178 degrees (horizontal and vertical). The resolution is 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) with a refresh rate of 160Hz, a response time of 5ms GtG and 1ms MPRT, a typical brightness of 400 nits, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, 99% DCI-P3 color gamut, and 128% sRGB color gamut. It supports AdaptiveSync technology and has received VESA DisplayHDR 400 and AMD FreeSync Premium certifications.
This monitor also supports various Gigabyte exclusive features, including Aim Stabilizer Sync, Black Equalizer 2.0, built-in crosshairs, Night Vision, and an FPS counter. Additionally, users can adjust monitor settings from the Windows application using OSD Sidekick.
The M27UA is equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, one USB Type-C port (supporting DP mode and providing 18W reverse power), and a set of audio jacks. It also features dual 3W speakers, supports KVM functionality, and includes a USB hub with three USB 3.2 Type-A ports. The ergonomic stand is adjustable, offering a height range of 0 to 130mm and a tilt range of -5° to 20°. It also supports a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount, facilitating the use of an arm stand for gamers.
