Kingston has unveiled the new Renegade G5 PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 solid-state drive under its Kingston FURY brand, meticulously engineered for gamers and users with demanding performance requirements.
The Renegade G5 SSD is powered by the Silicon Motion SM2508 controller, built on an advanced 6nm process and operating on a PCIe Gen5 x4 interface. Paired with 3D TLC NAND flash, the drive delivers blistering read speeds of up to 14,800MB/s and write speeds of up to 14,000MB/s. Its random read/write performance exceeds 2 million IOPS, making it an ideal choice for high-performance gaming, ultra-high-definition video editing, and AI-driven workloads.
