Sony has announced the release of its Midnight Black collection for PlayStation 5 accessories, appealing to gamers who prefer an all-black aesthetic for their gaming setups.
In contrast to the previously dominant white-and-blue color scheme, the Midnight Black series adopts a sleek, fully-black design across all accessories.
The newly unveiled Midnight Black lineup includes the DualSense Edge wireless controller, Pulse Explore wireless earbuds, Pulse Elite wireless over-ear headphones, and the PlayStation Portal.
As for pricing, the Midnight Black DualSense Edge wireless controller, PlayStation Portal, and Pulse Explore wireless earbuds will be available at $199.99 USD, €219.99 EUR, £199.99 GBP, and ¥34,980 JPY. The Pulse Elite wireless over-ear headphones in Midnight Black are priced at $149.99 USD, €149.99 EUR, £129.99 GBP, and ¥22,980 JPY.
The Midnight Black collection is set to launch officially on February 20, with pre-orders opening on January 16.
