ASRock launches Radeon RX 7900 Creator series graphics cards
Previously, reports indicated that ASRock had rebranded the Radeon RX 7900 WS series, launched at COMPUTEX 2024, as the Radeon RX 7900 Creator series. This represents ASRock’s latest AI solution, featuring dual-slot thickness and a turbine cooling design, equipped with heat pipes.
Now, ASRock has officially listed the new graphics cards on their website: the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX Creator 24GB and the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Creator 20GB, thus confirming earlier rumors. Unlike similar products on the market, these graphics cards are equipped with the 12V-2×6 interface, previously used only for NVIDIA Geforce RTX 40 series cards, positioned horizontally at the rear of the card, replacing the standard 8Pin power interface. ASRock states that this reduces excessive wiring, making it easier to install multiple Radeon RX 7900 Creator series cards.
The overall dimensions of the Radeon RX 7900 Creator series are 312 x 111 x 39 mm, with a black exterior and the same dual-slot turbine cooling design, featuring a VC heat plate and a metal backplate to enhance cooling further. The single fan supports 0dB Silent Cooling technology, automatically halting at lower temperatures for complete silence and starting up as temperatures rise. For display output, it includes three DisplayPort 2.1 ports and one HDMI 2.1 port.
The new graphics cards support ASRock Tweak 2.0, a professional and user-friendly display adapter tuning tool, which is the best software for users to adjust fan parameters and card performance.
